A
Menu Planner
provides a
Weekly plan with suggested
recipes and foods to eat to guide you through the week. Each Menu Planner is
matched to a specific blood type so you must know which type you are
at the onset. If you are unfamiliar with Dr. Peter D'Adamo's
Blood Type Diet
take a look at the various pages
on this website which provide information about the
Eat Right 4 Your Blood
Type
theory which has decades of research behind it. In recent years, the
Institute for Biochemical
Individuality, based in Tempe,
Arizona, has verified the healing nature of
super foods
to fight arthritis, cancer,
diabetes, and heart disease.
Each
Menu Planner
comes with a 30-Page Recipe Package,
specific to your blood type; although there are also Combined Menu
Planners, eg. Type O & A. The recipes offer an assortment of breakfast,
lunches, suppers and snacks/desserts which contain very nutritious
ingredients and the recipes themselves are not particularly difficult to
follow. In fact, most would be considered quite easy to make. To view the
Table of Contents
page of the Type O package, please

If you are a
beginner
in the field of holistic nutrition, which means that you have not been
shopping for wheat-free grains or flour, and foods like quinoa, sucanat or
stevia are foreign to you, then you may be wise to purchase a
Menu Planner
Nutritional Consultation package
where we counsel you on the phone.
With the consultation, you will also
receive accompanying
notes
which explain the significance
of suggested ingredients. Examples would be
Mineral Matrix
(goat whey powder) which is added to fruit smoothies or
hemp hearts
which can be added to your breakfast cereals or porridge or eaten as
a protein snack on its own. (see photo below)

Sucanat; hemp
hearts; stevia; yacon syrup; quinoa spaghetti and gogi
berries are some examples of new nutritious foods to add to
your diet. |
