Pre-registration is required due to limited seating. There is also special savings when you choose to attend more than one lecture and pay in advance.

Fee per class: 1 for $20; 2 for $35; 3 for $50; and 4 for $60. Please add HST.

QIGONG & EMOTIONAL MASTERY

Another very powerful way of cleansing is supporting the emotional health of the vital organs in our body through the ancient practice of qigong. Our most important organs can become overwhelmed due to carrying negative emotions. For example, the lungs carry sadness, grief, hopelessness and depression. It is possible to restore these organs with positive emotions using qigong. You can learn the specific exercises for strengthening the lungs, kidney, liver, heart, spleen, stomach, and pancreas using breath, posture, colour visualization and sound vibration (making vocal sounds).
