For the past 12
years, Helen has been teaching classes and helping people through private
consultations to better understand how

D'Adamo's Blood Type Diet
can boost
immunity and fight disease as well as correct biochemical imbalances. As
many blood type diet enthusiasts can attest, literally thousands of
testimonials have been logged of people who have been greatly helped with
the diet. It is particularly heartening to hear about cases where
prescription drugs have been discontinued or surgeries avoided, in light
of escalating health care costs and often less than desirable outcomes in
terms of quality of life.
The many hours
spent studying the BTD and witnessing some amazing outcomes inspired Helen
