Since
Eat Right 4 Your Type
was
published in 1997, millions of people world-wide have been following
Dr.
Peter D'Adamo's Blood Type Diet either on their
own or by
following the advice provided by a natural health practitioner. One way of
knowing whether you have sufficient information or resources to be highly
successful with the diet, can be gauged according to how well you've kept pace
with changes over the past decade. For instance, are you aware that there are actually 8 diets,
not 4, since the publication of
Live Right
4 Your Type
which came out in 2001 announcing the secretor and non-secretor subtypes.
Did you know that
Dr. D'Adamo has published more than 12 books in the past 10 years, including the
super beneficials for
cancer, diabetes, arthritis
and heart disease.
Is it time to opt for training with an experienced practitioner who can
summarize what the full spectrum blood type diet offers plus become familiar
with the Centre for Healthy Living's
modified and enhanced approach. There are numerous testimonials to support that
hundreds of people are happily using the blood type diet and enjoying the
various resources provided over the years. This may be the year that you are
meant to glean some specialized training.

There is a class beginning next week --
Friday September 26th
and
Saturday, September 27th
at
Whisper Wellness
in
Kleinburg
(near Major McKenzie & Hwy. 27). The first two
days of the class will introduce the four blood groups and day 3 will pull it
all together. In the GTA, Day 3 will be held on
Saturday, October 4th,
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There may also be another day offered to conclude the training
based on class preference.
Part of the
attraction to Eat Right training
is the opportunity for blood type diet specialists to purchase some
copyright handout material.
This includes menu planners and recipe packages as well as detailed information
about health profiles, supplements, etc. Imagine how beneficial it will be to
help guide your client if they have this information on hand either at the time
of their health consultation appointment or should they come to your
presentation. These materials can be viewed when you
click here or just call us at 519
680-2884.
In

Overview of
Training
The first
two days of training are
devoted to learning the
profiles
for
all 4 blood types
and also the science and biochemistry, eg.
secretor
subtypes, lectin theory,
and
polyamines.
The
third day covers methods to modify and enhance the blood type diet for greater
success and improved compliance. As has been the practice begun in 2008, non-practitioners may attend either Day 1 or Day 2
in London. Type O & A are covered on Day 1 and Type B & AB on Day 2.
Day 3 is limited to health practitioners only
because of the emphasis on getting help with using the blood type diet specialty
in one's practice.
Menu
Planners and Recipes
which match the blood type diet will be covered and also discussion concerning
the role of raw food
and what a difference it can make. The latter is new material which has been
added to the training as a result of the growing popularity of live enzyme food
and green smoothies.
The addition of more raw food in the blood type diet program is clearly an
enhancement that will help people to reap greater health benefits. Classes are usually held in
London, Kitchener, Oakville or Toronto. Those who enroll for the full three days will receive a
100-page
training manual. If interested in receiving the outline for this course,

The
full 3-day training costs
$250
with early
